- You must return items in NEW OR UNUSED/UNWORN condition with all original packaging and materials included. ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in ANY way from anyone other than Pompeii3.
- We will inspect your item upon receipt. If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or refunds, and we will return it to you at your expense.
- We must be notified of your request to return an item WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE IN THE MAIL.
- We cannot ship on a 3rd party account or with labels provided to us. All shipments must be made from us. Please do not include shipping materials or labels.
- All shipments are insured for the amount you pay for that service or order. Additional insurance is available but must be requested. We are not responsible or can cover additional insurance if it’s not requested. Returns and exchanges and not sent with signature, this would need to be requested with return.
- We cannot ship replacements or exchanges without receiving the original product back.
- For exchange or service orders please only ship the jewelry box we sent you. These are the only boxes we stock as anything different will be discarded and send back with our standard jewelry box.
- Please note there is a $15.50 (Domestic) and $29.99 (International) return shipping and handling fee for all replacements or exchanges.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days of delivery to our facility.
- All custom orders, gift wraps, and appraisals are nonrefundable if returned. Custom orders include sizes under 4, over 12, engraved, and or modified from the original listed product are also nonrefundable items.
- All custom CAD orders are nonrefundable. CAD orders are completed with an approval process.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional services and fees incurred will not be refunded. We do not provide return labels.
- Rush fees are nonrefundable
